Senator Ben Murray-Bruce Loses Mother
Madam Margaret Murray-Bruce, the mother of a former federal lawmaker, Senator Ben Murray-Bruce, is dead.
The politician-cum businessman announced the passage of his mother, saying she died at 4:40am, today, at the age of 95.
Ben Murray-Bruce described his late mother as his gem of inestimable value, his support system and his best friend.
He said he always visited his late mother when she was alive, attending to her material and emotional needs at all times, adding he gave her his presence and time.
He said he will greatly miss his late mother, but added that he would be consoled by the fact he was always there for her.
Senator Ben Murray-Bruce write: “My mum is gone. She died at 4:40am this morning. My gem of inestimable value, my support system, my best friend, my everything—she’s gone.
“My consolation is that in her lifetime, I gave her, not just everything that money could buy, but most importantly, I gave her my presence, my time, my everything.
“On uncountable occasions, I will go to her house to hug her and play with her for no reason but love, the kind that only sons share with their mums.
“I love you, mum, and I miss you. This one hurts so bad. Forever yours.”
