Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi, the Jagun Olubadan of Ibadanland and Chairman of Ilaji Hotels and Sports, has praised Oba Rashidi Ladoja for upholding and preserving the traditional institution of Ibadanland.
The 2027 governorship hopeful stated this in a statement to congratulate Oba Ladoja, a former governor of Oyo State and the Otun Olubadan of Ibadanland, on his 80th birthday.
Chief Sanusi praised Senator Ladoja for his unwavering dedication to public service and the significant impact he has had on Oyo State.
He particularly praised Oba Ladoja, a former federal lawmaker, for upholding and preserving the rich traditional institution of Ibadan.
Sanusi lauded the remarkable contributions of Oba (Senator) Ladoja, both as a political leader and as a prominent figure within the Ibadan traditional hierarchy.
“Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja is a leader whose influence and contributions have shaped the history and future of Oyo State. His commitment to upholding the values and integrity of the Ibadan traditional institution is truly commendable,” Chief Sanusi remarked.
Sanusi offered heartfelt prayers for continued good health, strength, and wisdom as he potentially ascends to the esteemed position of the Olubadan of Ibadanland.
He expressed his belief that leadership of Senator Ladoja, who is the next in line for the revered Olubadan throne, would further solidify the progress and accomplishments of the Ibadan traditional institution.
“May Allah grant Senator Rashidi Ladoja the health and agility to fulfill his duties and lead the Ibadan traditional council to greater heights.
“His wisdom and experience will undoubtedly bring more achievements and prosperity to our cherished institution,” Chief Sanusi added.
