Governor ‘Seyi Makinde has approved the re-appointment of Colonel Bisiriyu Olayinka Olayanju (rtd) as Commandant, Western Nigeria Security Network (Amotekun), Oyo State.
The governor also approved the re-appointment of Ms Tara Adefope as the Director General of the state Bureau of Public Procurement.
The two re-appointments were contained in a letter signed by the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Otunba Segun Ogunwuyi.
In a related development, Governor Makinde has also appointed Engineer Mufutau Open Salawu as Executive Assistant, Project Monitoring.
As stated in the letter, the re-appointments appointment are to commence with immediate effect.
Meanwhile, Makinde has, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Sulaimon Olanrewaju, congratulated the appointees.
The governor also urged the appointees to see their appointments as a call to service, adding that they should do their best for the development of the state.
