Olori Onimesi Donates Educational Materials To Schools In Ekiti
Olori Adebimpe Olatunde, the wife of the Onimesi of Imesi Ekiti has donated educational materials to pupils and students in public primary and secondary schools in Imesi Community in Gboyin Local Government Area of Ekiti State.
The school educational materials distributed by the wife of Oba Olatunde Olatunji, included books and ball pens which were spread across the community.
Speaking during the ceremony held at the palace of Onimesi of Imesi, Olori Adebimpe Foluke Olatunde reassured the pupils and students that the entire Olaibiyemi Family Worldwide is putting resources together to support the education of the children in the community.
In his message delivered at the occasion, the Onimesi of Imesi Ekiti, Oba Olatunji Olatunde, enjoined the pupils to avoid peer groups that could lure them into drugs and other vices.
Also speaking, Mr Okunola, chairman of Imesi Community Education Committee, informed the pupils that education is the best inheritance.
Elder Opeyemi Ojo, a retired school principal, assured the pupils and students that the new Onimesi-In-Council is set to collaborate with the state government and school proprietors towards enhancing the standard of performance of all public schools in the state.
