In the same vein, the petroleum refining company also reduced the price of AGO, also known as diesel, to ₦1,700 per litre from ₦1,800 per litre.
Dangote Refinery And Affordable Petroleum Products
The step by the foremost refining company has reinforced its commitment to making refined petroleum products more affordable and supporting economic activities across Nigeria.
The price review of the petroleum products was coming amid the continued efforts of the company to improve supply efficiency and deepen domestic refining.
This was as it also sought to provide cost relief to consumers and businesses that depend heavily on petroleum products for transportation, power generation and industrial operations.
Since commencing operations, the 650,000 barrels per day refining company has increasingly supplied the domestic market with refined products aimed at eliminating the country’s dependence on imported fuels.
