The South West Group of Online Publishers (SWEGOP) has congratulated the Oyo State governor, Engineer ‘Seyi Makinde over his second term inauguration.
The Group, in a statement by its chairman, Mr Olayinka Agboola, and Public Relations Officer, Mr Remi Oladoye, hailed the appointment of Mr Sulaimon Olanrewaju, Group Business Editor of the Nigerian Tribune, as the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor.
SWEGOP also congratulated President Bola Tinubu and other governors in the South-West who were sworn into office on Monday.
The Group urged the people of the state and Nigerians at large to support the new governments at both state and federal levels.
SWEGOP called on the president and governors to fulfill their campaign promises to the people, wishing them the very best as they pilot the affairs of the country and their respective states.
