Happy Birthday To A Man Of Vision @54-Group
A foremost group, the Ibadan United Elders’ Forum, has congratulated the governor of Oyo State, Engineer Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde, on his 54th birthday.
The group said this in a statement signed by its chairman and secretary, Alhaji Omilabu Gandhi and Chief Bisi Adesina, respectively, and made available to the Newscoven.ng.
The Ibadan United Elders’ Forum described the governor as a man of vision who has transformed the state and is making life better for its people.
The forum also described Governor Makinde as a focused man who is imbued with wisdom and knowledge to handle and direct the affairs of the state in the right path.
“Your Excellency, we hereby identify with you, today, on your birthday and always. We want to say a very happy birthday to you, in good health and longevity of life.
“Sir, yours is a life worthy of emulation. Your leadership as the governor of Oyo State has been positively impactful on the state, the indigenes and residents of the state.
“Your imprints, as the state Chief Executive in the last two and half years are clearly visible to all. Even your critics secretly attest to your positive touches on all sectors.
“Through the sheer grace of God and by the wisdom He deposited in you, you have turned around the fortunes of the state and laid a solid foundation for the all-round development of its robust socio-economic life.
“Your giant strides in the health and education sectors are visible to all. You have greatly improved on the security and infrastructural architecture of the state. You are silently winning over your critics with your footprints of achievements dotting the state.
“Your Excellency, we join your numerous supporters followers and your immediate family to wish very happy birthday.
“It is our prayer that God Almighty will grant you good health to witness more fulfilling years on earth. Congratulations. Happy birthday and many happy returns of the day sir,” the group stated in the statement.
