The governorship ambition of Honourable Aderemi Oseni received a boost as two support groups, in a united effort, are advocating for him to become the next governor of Oyo State.
The two groups, Remi-Dotun 2027 Governorship Agenda and Oyo A Rosy 2027 Movement, are collaborating to ensure that Oseni becomes the successor of incumbent Governor ‘Seyi Makinde.
The partnership between the two groups was enhance their outreach and mobilisation strategies as the political landscape begins to shift in the build-up to the election.
Highlighting Oseni’s achievements in his first two years as the representative for Ido/Ibarapa East Federal Constituency, Remi-Dotun 2027 Governorship Agenda and Oyo A Rosy 2027 Movement cited his exemplary performance as a reason for their endorsement.
They described the federal lawmaker as an accessible leader who embraced diversity, welcoming people from all walks of life.
The groups also pointed to his generous contributions during the recent 2025 Sallah festival, where he distributed over 600 rams, cows, rice, and significant cash donations to Muslim worshippers.
These acts of kindness, Remi-Dotun 2027 Governorship Agenda and Oyo A Rosy 2027 Movement stated in a statement, have strengthened his reputation within the community.
The federal lawmaker’s legislative efforts, particularly his initiative to establish a Federal Medical Centre in Ido/Ibarapa East, have also received praise.
The facility was expected to significantly improve healthcare access for both his constituents and the wider population in Oyo State.
During a recent engagement at Lagelu FM in Ibadan, the groups shared their plans for mobilisation and distributed the Oyo Newsfly Newsmagazine, which offered insights into Oseni’s contributions and vision.
With strong faith in his character and integrity, the groups believed that Hon. Oseni is a trustworthy candidate who can lead the state toward meaningful socio-economic and infrastructural progress.
