Sanusi Takes Free Medical Outreach To Eruwa, Surulere, Iseyin Residents

Residents of Eruwa, Surulere and Iseyin in Oyo State have become latest beneficiaries of the free medical outreach organised by the Jubril Dotun Sanusi Actualisation Team 2027.

The initiative is aimed at providing healthcare to under-served communities. It is part of the continuous commitment of Chief Dotun Sanusi to the welfare of the people, as he campaigns for the 2027 governorship election.

The free medical outreach by Sanusi provided residents with essential health services, including screenings, consultations, medications and general health advice.

The programme has garnered widespread appreciation, as it targeted communities that often struggle with access to affordable healthcare.

Mrs. Christiana Agboola, one of the organisers, said the medical outreach has covered several localities across Oyo State, with this particular phase focusing on the people of Eruwa, Surulere and Iseyin.

“We’ve been moving through homes, schools, and market squares, offering free medical services to people in dire need. The turnout has been overwhelming and it shows that initiatives like this are needed,” Mrs. Agboola said.

She also disclosed that the programme is only the beginning of a series of planned interventions to address the welfare of the people.

In addition to the free healthcare, Mrs Agboola disclosed that the team is looking at distributing food items in the coming weeks to alleviate some of the economic challenges residents face.

Beneficiaries of the outreach were full of praise for Chief Dotun Sanusi. Mrs. Anike Adesina, a resident of Iseyin, said: “It is rare to see people who care so much for our well-being.

“The health checks and medicines I received today would have cost me so much at a hospital. I am deeply grateful for this gesture.”

Similarly, Mr. Ajibola Ojo, a resident of Eruwa, acknowledged the significant impact of the outreach. “This is the kind of leadership we need.

“Not only does Chief Sanusi talk about his plans for the state, but he also actively shows it through his actions. The free medical services have given me a sense of relief in this difficult time,” he said.

“Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi, a prominent businessman and philanthropist, has continued to win the hearts of the people with his various outreach initiatives.

“His long-standing dedication to community development and the well-being of the people positions him as a strong contender in the 2027 governorship election in Oyo State.

“Sanusi’s extensive contributions to healthcare, youth empowerment and sports development in the state have earned him widespread recognition and support across various communities.

“Preparatory to the 2027 elections, the growing influence and leadership style of Sanusi have sparked hope among many who believed that he represents the right path for the future of Oyo State.

“The Jubril Dotun Sanusi Actualisation Team 2027 remains committed to rolling out more initiatives that address the immediate needs of the people, particularly in health, welfare and economic empowerment, as part of its vision to build a better and prosperous Oyo State,” it was stated in a statement.
