Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi, the Jagunmolu Olubadan of Ibadanland, will, on Saturday, host a grand reception in honour of his beloved dad, Pa (Alhaji) Sanusi Ganiyu, who will be marking his 95th birthday.
The reception party, scheduled to take place at the Ilaji International Mini Stadium, will feature a special musical performance by the legendary Chief (Dr.) Ebenezer Obey, who will entertain guests with his timeless melodies.
The remarkable milestone has been described as a reflection a life of strength, wisdom and an enduring legacy.
Reflecting on his father’s profound influence, Chief Dotun Sanusi expressed his heartfelt gratitude to God and the celebrant.
“Baba, your unwavering love, discipline and guidance have shaped not just me but generations. Your journey is an inspiration, your resilience a testament and your impact immeasurable,” he said.
