The Authentic Integrity Group (AIG) Campaign Team, on behalf of all its candidates in the forthcoming NULGE, Oyo State Chapter 8th Quadrennial Delegates Conference, has taken its “Thank You” tour across all the zones in the state.
The “Thank You” tour of the AIG Campaign Team took its members to Ibarapa, Oyo, Ogbomoso, Oke-Ogun, Ibadan, Oyo State Local Government Service Commission, Oyo State Local Government Staff Pensions Board and Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, respectively.
As contained in a statement by its Director-General, Com.(Prince) Segun Adeyemo, on Sunday, the AIG Campaign Team, during the “Thank You” tour, appreciated the political class, management and workers of all the local governments, local council development areas in the state.
They also thanked workers in the state Ministry Of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Oyo State Local Government Service Commission and Oyo State Local Government Staff Pensions Board for their massive support to the Administrative Council of NULGE, Oyo State Chapter.
The Administrative Council of NULGE, has been under the able leadership of its president, Comrade Ayobami Olusegun Adeogun, fcpa., since 2021.
The team promised to consolidate on and continue the good work it has been doing, if given opportunity to serve for another term by further.
It pledged to engender more uplifting of the entire workforce through provision of other notable programmes.
The programme, the AIG Campaign Team stated, were as captured in its 4-page documents titled, “Our Testimonies -Conceptual Framework For Second Term: Continuation Of Our Team’s Transformative Leadership And Workforce-Centred Governance.
In his remarks during the “Thank You” tour, NULGE President, Oyo State Chapter, Comrade Adeogun, declared that his joy knows no bound with the massive and unprecedented support his team was accorded by all the workers across the zones.
He particularly thanked the whole executives of each local branch of NULGE who are the delegates expected to vote during the 8th Quadrennial State Delegates Conference holding on Thursday, 7th August, 2025 at the International Conference Centre, University of Ibadan.
The NULGE President, Oyo State Chapter, promised not to let them down if they give his team, the AIG, opportunity to serve for another term.
In their separate speeches during the “Thank You” tour, all the executive chairmen, Heads Of Local Government Administration, acting Heads of Local Council Development Areas and Branch Executives of the Local Governments/Local Council Development Areas were said to have showered encomium on the Oyo NULGE leadership under Adeogun.
As stated in the statement, the Oyo NULGE leadership was commended for its various laudable achievements since it assumed office in 2021.
They also assured Adeogun and his AIG Campaign Team of their continued total support and pray that his team will be victorious during the coming state delegates conference.
