Multi-talented musicologist, Wale Mimiola, will, on Sunday, release a double-single musical album titled, “Olorunfine Reloaded”.
The set man of Jesus Reigns International Ministry, popularly called “Olorunfine”, will launch the album at Jesus Reigns Int’l Ministries, Aresa, Oke-Ado, Ibadan.
The day will also mark the birthday of the presenter of “Lagbo Igbagbo” and co-presenter of “Leyin Aye and “Ninu Aye” with Pastor Adekunle Ayoola (Christ Ambassador) on Ray Power FM.
Mimiola ascribed the inspiration behind the composition and release of the double singles to the need to get across to the world.
He said this is especially for those who are facing challenges to know that God is still good to them and will surely see them through and bring them out stronger to fulfil their destiny in life.
Olorunfine, who was part of the team of many popular gospel musicians such as Dele Ojo, Bayo Adegboyega (Atayero) and a host of others, is from a musical family.
The multi-talented musicologist has also built coordinated scores of church choirs.
He has four albums to his credit, “Iba Ma Sepe” (1998), “Erin Ayo” (2000), “O Ku Aduroti” (2020) and “Oro Were” 2006).
Pastor Mimiola is the fourth generation of the family and his grandfather is Pa Emmanuel Olajide Christopher Mimiola.
Pa Christopher Mimiola, popularly called ‘Baba Eleye’, taught Diya Ojo, the first keyboardist of KWAM 1, how to play the organ.
