The Obomakinwa Family of Alade Idanre, Ondo State has announced a three-day programme of events to commemorate the 40th year remembrance of their patriarch, High Chief Olowoniyi William Obomakinwa.
The late High Chief Obomakinwa was the Obaipie of Alade Kingdom in Idanre.
He was born in 1895 and died in 1985 at the age of 90.
As announced by Mr Dickson Obomakinwa on behalf of the entire family, the three-day remembrance programme will commence from Friday, 11 to Sunday, 13 April, 2025.
The programme will feature games, cultural dances and a thanksgiving service, among many more.
The venue for all the events is the Family Compound, Ilebunkun Street, Alade Idanre.
