Lead City University (LCU), Ibadan will host the 2024 edition of the Corporate Charisma Conference targeted at leadership education and personality development.
The 2024 Corporate Charisma Conference is themed ”Investment In Leadership Education And Personality Development: A Valuable Asset, Timely Rescue Anchor, In A Depressed Economy.”
President of the Institute of Personality Development & Customer Relationship Management (IPDCRM), Dr. Ayobami Owolabi, stated this while addressing a media conference recently.
He said the Corporate Charisma Conference is a transformative event, aimed at exploring how strategic investment in leadership and personality development can serve as a powerful solution to Nigeria and global economic challenges.
The conference will seek to inspire the leadership for economic resurgence at a time Nigeria id navigating through the complexities of a depressed economy, he added.
“The 2024 Corporate Charisma Conference will bring together thought leaders, corporate executives, policy makers and innovators.
“They will delve into how the instrumentality of leadership education and personality development can provide a much-needed boost to economic recovery.

The conference by the IPDCRM and to be hosted by LCU will feature the Corporate Charisma Awards (CCA) and the making of C500 organisations.
“The Corporate Charisma Award is designed as a meritorious recognition for a selected few organisations with agenda for organisational sustainability.
“The award celebrates organisations or brands that carefully considered, developed and nurtured businesses, products and services, to stay ahead of competitors and build a loyal, loving customer/client base,” he said.
He said IPDCRM, using the Organisational Performance Profile (OPP), which is quite historical, will leverages on the Grand Analytics Method (GAM), which basically adds the relevant data and shows the percentage, in accordance to the summation, to select the recipient organisations/brands in the various categories of awards.
“This is in our quest to build a prosperous, affluent and influential pool/list of 500 organisations/brands in Nigeria (our own “Fortune 500”).
“Organisations that are sources of international, national pride, that enjoy local and community recognition, acceptability, favourability and on the path of sustainable growth and development,” he added.
The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) and Bellagio Airlines are two organisations, nominated and would be the recipients of the 2024 C500 Awards.
The conference and the Corporate Charisma Award will also feature the highly anticipated induction ceremony, welcoming a new cohort of professionals into the different categories of membership in the IPDCRM Community.
