Artisans from various fields of vocation in Oyo State have endorsed and declared their support for the governorship ambition of Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi (JDS) ahead the 2027 governorship election.
This was as the artisans also officially appointed and decorated him as their patron at the end of their three-day seminar held at the Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort, Ibadan.
The artisans, in a vibrant, carnival-like atmosphere at the grand finale of seminar, were united in their admiration of the dedication of Chief Sanusi to their growth and development.
Reports have it that the ceremony, filled with energy and enthusiasm, reflected the deep bond between Chief Sanusi and the artisans.
The honour was bestowed on Sanusi in recognition of long-term commitment to the well-being of the artisans and the socio-economic development of Oyo State.

The governorship hopeful reaffirmed his commitment to ensuring that artisans remain a key part of his developmental agenda when elected as governor.
Sanusi also highlighted the critical role artisans play in the growth of Oyo State. He re-emphasised his dedication to creating opportunities that will further enhance their productivity and success.
The grand finale event, held at the Olugbade Hall, Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort, was described as a significant milestone in Chief Sanusi’s journey.
